South Dakota Ag in the Classroom names Price as Executive Director

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The South Dakota Agriculture in the Classroom Board of Directors has named a new executive director.
Ann Price, former South Dakota State University Extension Service educator in Hand County, has been named executive director for the organization, effective Dec. 5.
Price, of Miller, S.D., holds a bachelor's degree in dairy production and animal science from SDSU and is working on a master's of education from SDSU.
As executive director, Price will work to support the group's mission of providing information to students and teachers about the important role of agriculture in our society.
Agriculture is South Dakota's No. 1 industry, generating nearly $21 billion in annual economic activity and employing over 143,000 South Dakotans.
