Teacher Resource: Measuring land area on google earth. You could use this resource to measure how many acres your school sits on!
Discussion Question: How big is an acre? Do you have a means to go outside and measure out an acre? You can estimate how long your steps are, and count your steps as you walk around the playground!

If a truck can hold 16-17 ton and we can fill a truck in 3-6 minutes, about how many tons of feed can we harvest in one hour?
